First of all, a little about me. I’m a psychologist and relaxation therapist living in Helsinki, Finland. Recently, my colleague and I have started a new company called 2 Kind Minds. Together we offer regular, for the time being, online events that aim to show people how to practice self-care in ways that will improve their lives.

The plan was originally to start offering in-person classes in the Helsinki area, but that was slightly hindered by the outbreak of a wold-wide pandemic. So here we are…

In a short moment I will be starting in my second masters program at Helsinki University. The program is focused on Nutrition and Behavior. I am thrilled to start studying again and you’ll probably hear more about my experience. Unless you’re already gone and not interested. In that case, I hope the door didn’t hit you.

This page will star different types of content from blogs about books and media I have recently consumed to foods and drinks… I have been making and, well, been consuming. Because I am also very much interested in mental health, sustainability and feminism, you will likely encounter blog posts on these topics as well. Generally, I am about as sure as you are about the content of blog page right now.
